Miss Nyawira is currently and advocate trainee under the pupillage program with the firm. She is in the Commercial and Conveyancing department of the firm.

Her area of interest are in conveyancing, Commercial Litigation, Estate and probate matters, Artificial Intelligence and Data Protection.

In Conveyancing she has engaged with preparation of agreements for sale, transfers with particular reference to the sale of sizeable developments comprising of flats and town houses, leases and tenancies.

She has rendered legal opinions, prepared pleadings, offered advisory opinions in commercial law to clients on the set up of companies, shareholding structures, corporate legal compliance and the specific registration and license requirements for doing business.
